Thermal Mechanical Coupling Analysis of a Flexible Spoke Non-pneumatic Tire

چکیده

A new type of non-pneumatic tire with a flexible spoke structure is proposed to solve traditional pneumatic defects, such as easy bursting, the requirement real-time maintenance keep pressure, and complex manufacturing process. The thermal mechanical coupling characteristics are studied in detail obtain steady-state temperature field distribution pattern under different operating conditions. unit configuration method build 3D model tire. Then, thermal-mechanical sequential used analyse deformation, energy loss heat conduction Finally, obtained. results show that high region mainly distributed middle bending part unit, gradually decreases from centre surrounding parts. influence load on change greater than driving speed. This study provides theoretical basis guidance for solving failure problem tires action coupling.
